What Is WP Inbox Connect?
WP Inbox Connect is a WordPress plugin that organizes data from ecommerce, subscription, LMS, membership, and email marketing plugins installed on your website. It then syncs that data to your inbox app (Gmail so far, more coming soon!) and displays contextual information about the person in the sidebar of your inbox app. This allows you to have contextual information about the person at your fingertips while viewing or replying to messages from your customers, students, subscribers, and members.

New Comments Section In Inbox Sidebar
Stay engaged with your audience like never before! The new Comments section in your email sidebar displays comments left on your connected WordPress site by the same user who emailed you.
Here’s what you can see at a glance:
- Post Title: Quickly identify where the comment was left.
- Comment Preview: See the first few lines of the comment to get the gist.
- Timestamp: Know when the comment was posted.
Clicking on a comment reveals even more details in an inner screen:
- Full Comment Text: Read the entire comment without leaving your inbox.
- Comment Status: See if the comment is pending, approved, trashed, or spam.
- Quick Actions:
- Reply: Directly reply to the comment. Clicking this button takes you to the comment on your WordPress site, scrolled to the exact location, ready for your response.
- View Post: Open the blog post where the comment was left.
This new feature streamlines your workflow and helps you manage comments efficiently, fostering better communication with your audience.
New Name: WP Inbox Connect
We’ve also given the plugin a new name: WP Inbox Connect! This change clarifies the plugin’s purpose and highlights its ability to connect your WordPress site with your inbox. The new name is reflected throughout the app and website.
