What Is WP Inbox Connect?
WP Inbox Connect is a WordPress plugin that organizes data from ecommerce, subscription, LMS, membership, and email marketing plugins installed on your website. It then syncs that data to your inbox app (Gmail so far, more coming soon!) and displays contextual information about the person in the sidebar of your inbox app. This allows you to have contextual information about the person at your fingertips while viewing or replying to messages from your customers, students, subscribers, and members.

New Orders Features
New Main Orders Section Enhancements
Our team has made several improvements to the individual order details screen in WP Inbox Connect:
- Order Type Labels: Each order now clearly displays labels indicating “Parent” or “Renewal” terminology.
- Order Item Details: The main screen now includes the names of the products in the order.
- Items Per Order: Now you can quickly see the total number of products in each order.
New Individual Order Details Features
We have made significant upgrades to the individual order details screen as well, which includes:
- Order Notes: View both system and manual order notes, with the ability to add new custom order notes directly from the app.
- Related Orders and Subscriptions: New sections for related orders and subscriptions have been added.
- UI Improvements: A toggle icon has been introduced to collapse or expand each section for easier navigation.
- Shipping Details: The shipping details section is now hidden for orders containing only digital items.
New Subscription Features

We have introduced several new features to improve subscription management:
- Detailed Subscription Information: Click on any subscription to access the new individual subscription details screen for a comprehensive view.
- Related Orders: A section for related orders within the subscription details screen.
- Subscription Notes: Both system and manual subscription notes are now included, and new custom subscription notes can be added directly from the app.
